Leaky home rebuild in Remuera highlights what happens in a 'fix'

This Remuera townhouse is unrecognisable after a major rebuild [by Sam Patience from Build This Ltd] from the ground up. Formerly a leaky home built in 1997, the house was gutted, and reclad in vertical cedar and aluminium. Architectural designer Tony Pilkington won a regional ADNZ Commended award for the project.
